Return Policy
If you are dissatisfied with your order for any reason, you can return your items for a prompt refund or exchange.
Refunds for items returned within thirty days of the purchase date will be credited in the same form as the original payment type. Refunds for items returned more than thirty (30) calendar days after the date of receipt will be in the form of a credit redeemable on your next purchase. PayPal charges can be refunded up to 60 days but are forfeited after that period and the purchase is considered closed.
The original shipping and handling charges (outside the US) are not refundable. If you have an exchange for the same dollar amount as the original purchase, no additional shipping or handling charges will be incurred.
Please contact us to describe the problem with your product and we will issue a Return Material Authorization (RMA) number. Credit will be applied to the transaction if the returned products arrive back to the distribution center in sellable condition, undamaged.
It is at the discretion of Nanney Enterprise, Inc. to the repairable, serviceable, presentable, returnable condition of the product and proof of damage must be presented at the time of inquiry either via US mail, or electronic mail in the form of an attached photo showing the area in question.
